To create single spacing

To create single spacing, press shift + enter

If you use the ordered or nonordered list feature to write your message, you will not be able to single space that portion of the text.

To get rid of double spacing

To edit to get rid of double spacing, move your curser to the right hand end of a line of text and hit the "delete" button. This should remove the blank line following so that you have continuous text. You will need to repeat this for any additional lines of text that need to be edited.

You may need to click the Preview button before these techniques work.

If you write your message in another program, you may not be able to reduce the spaces. Use the simple WordPad program to avoid this.

Thanks for single spacing your messages to conserve our website space............:)
