Monday September 19th  9am  PHASE 2 / level .5 / cycle 6 / Day 4 /  mino QOD >   increase to 75mg yesterday   /  Benicar 20mg Q2-3H & 40mg Q4 to 6H night (need wakes me)   / Quercetin TID.

I had been enjoying my Phase 2 experience:
This last month has been more difficult due to Family stress and the buildup of symptoms which I see as showing healing, and therefore the need to reduce Thyroxine and then the ensuing hormonal adjustment symptoms...
This aspect was only really difficult for a few days, and is settling now.
I am at half the Thyroxine and will have a blood test this week..
I am coming thru this now and am experiencing a feeling of change to a more flat/even place at this point.
Generally, moment to moment, I seem to be holding well emotionally. ie until I talk to someone on the phone.
sleeping is generally better.
clearing throat.
scalp herx some.
I think / feel that I may be able to increase the abx more now.

Still having less herxing.  mino to 100mg.

I have been doing some slow movements of limbs, but it can cause extra chest pressure so only a minute or so at a time.
emotionally flat. could be tired.

Thursday September 22nd  5.35am  PHASE 2 / level .5 / cycle 6 / Day 7 /  mino QOD >   100mg today   /  Benicar 20mg Q2-3H & 40mg Q4 to 6H night (need wakes me)   / Quercetin TID.

Took mino 25mg and extra Benicar to be bright and bushy tailed to present to Dr.. was out and home within the hour.  I felt a bit sick from the effort and the heat, but I was right again after being home & settled.

The meds brightened me up no end, and I was able to see how much I had been herxing when I thought I wasnt herxing much this last few days.

Continuing slow movements of limbs for 1 minute only at a time is what I can comfortably manage. I can do it while sitting.
I am happy that I am able to do this now.
slept well for 5H.

Purpose:

A Friend said to me " What you are doing (ie MP) takes guts."
I hadnt thought of that..

While doing MP I do know that the symptoms are much easier to bear because of having a Purpose in mind..

Rather than putting up with discomfort for no purpose ie going further into disease.....
For me it is very easy to put up with some managed discomfort in this moment when there is the determined choice and Purpose in this moment, of taking me forward to Healing and Health with MP.

Friday September 23rd  11.35am  PHASE 2 / level .5 / cycle 6 / Day 8 /  mino QOD >   100mg yesterday   /  Benicar 20mg Q2-3H & 40mg Q4 to 6H night (need wakes me)   / Quercetin TID.

I feel to be making some progress.. I cant do any slow moving this morning...  I had been managing 1 minute at a time.. is as much as I could manage without pushing myself.. and it is not worth pushing at this point yet..

I am happy to see that my body will do something as I can... when I have been so unwell that I have been unable, I started to think that I may not have any incentive / drive, but once again it has been proven to me that when I can I will.. and to keep trusting the process..

I have been healing in other areas of My Self as well.. I can feel some Inner Strength return.. a sort of expansion in my brain.. and or psyche..

I have a realisation of naturally observing more boundaries.. there is more of a limit to how much of myself that I can give away... ie a lessening of the manic ... able to observe this and say that is good / positive.

so there is / has been a lot going on.. a lot of good by the look of it..

As I get better I realise how sick I still am and how sick / unable I have been.. To look at me and to hear me, no-one could know what it has been like.. I am just beginning to have an appreciation of how strong I have been, of the depth of .... I have been in..

Thank you TT and JRF... I think we are All Heroes..

This healing for me has been in being able to feel the boundaries more, and to be able to heed that, and to see the change in priorities as positive..

I think that coming down on the Thyroxine now may be letting me feel the improvements..

Barb ...

This has felt to be the longest cycle yet.. dragging all the way thru to today/ day 8.
The herxing has changed. with not as much gut herxing and now a full body sluggish herx.
which I had thought was not really herx, till I medicated up with my Benicar, Quercetin, and mino 25mg + lipstick)  to go to the Doc, and felt so much brighter in comparison.
skin still oily.

I was too tired today to do any slow movements .when I am able I will do some more.
doing the slow movements caused me detox effects..(extra fatigue, mucus, headache (usually no headaches any more), slowed body function, burn, itch)

Woke some better this am,

Antbite cramps start under arm / confirms for me it is time for abx.
Began new cycle with an increase.

Posting a Note here for anyone wondering what is happening re tired etc..

I have decreased my Thyroxine to half and my experience has changed. The herx has gone from the more particular herx to an all over general body herx.

With the decrease, I expected to experience hormonal changes, and the Dr has told me it could be approx 6 weeks to adjust.. it is just part of the healing process.. all is well.. Thank you.. Barb ...

slow physically but managable.
unable to do slow movements of limbs/ have to put that idea away till later I think.
Gut Herx is tolerable.. waxes and wanes.

can feel the body herx effect more when I get up from chair to walk.
emotionally staying fairly stable with far less NPS than previously...

I am tempted to increase the mino as there are times (when I am sitting down), when I feel like I am not herxing enough.. and then when the gut herx comes, I think, " no increase needed, that is quite enough".....

I think I am coming out of the fatigue again.  is not as bad.

I have a Dentist appointment tomorrow afternoon, and I have rung ahead and asked if, due to Light sensitivity, I may be taken to a room away from the Natural Light coming in the from windows and doors..  cordial reply ... "certainly, I will make a note. just remind us when you arrive.."

around the 12 month mark: Noting improvement in emotional stability.

Have just decreased Thyroxine by half and Natural Progesterone by half, and no IM methyl cobalamin B12 anymore. (all of which had enabled me to come off max dose antidepressants PRE MP)
