Thanks to Chris and Janet, the December edition of our newsletter has been published, with "Brain Fog" as its focus.
You can download it in PDF format from:
http://MarshallProtocol.com/th1nkMP_2011q4.pdf
Please print it out for your friends and family. You can fold it into two halves, and mail it using the address label on page 6.
Print out a copy for Doc, too, open at page 1
There will be a version for the Kindle, and one in EPUB format (for all the other readers), available in a day or two
Enjoy!
Trevor

The newsletter looks great. Dr. Marshall, why was there no mention of you reaching the 10,000 posts milestone? When you first started sarcinfo however many years ago, did you have any idea the community would last this long?

| Where can I find the epub format and the archive of other newsletters? Searched here, on ARF website and on mpkb and could not find any info beyond this thread.

Laura,
There has been a second newsletter, in q2 2012, and we are working on another right at this moment
http://MarshallProtocol.com/th1nkMP_2012q2.pdf
Russ,
Actually, I did see the importance of our work even when the science was very young, and ill-defined. By 2003 I realized that the MP would also be valuable for Autoimmune, Neurologic and Psychiatric disorders, and a year later realized that the target disease spectrum included Cancers and AIDS. I spoke on Diseases of Aging in 2008. So we have a lot of work ahead of us

Laura,
I've put links to the newsletters into the MP KB here:
http://mpkb.org/home/publications?newsletters
Let's see if Paul agrees to that for a home for these links.

Excellent, thank you!
Wrotek, I've never played with a Kindle, but I have the Nook (the Barnes & Noble e-reader), and while you can copy PDFs to it and read them, you cannot download them from the net directly to the device (except through the B&N store website). So try downloading the PDF to your computer and then copying it over to the Kindle.

| I haven't been able to download it either. I was going to read it at work over lunch, but I guess I'll read it at home tonight.

PDF formats vary. We started the newsletter as an easy to download and print (reference or pass along) download to computer.
Formatting for e-reader is more than content creation, it is also still several different formats and distribution channels. HTML5 still is buggy/not ready for the world--let alone our readers.
Of course, the text email notification of pdf download gets to more email boxes if it is not formatted at all and has very few links.
All insights appreciated.
I like Joyful's Wiki update, very nice!
Nook/Kindle/ipad etc format next time, maybe? (wink)

Wiki edits don't seem as hard as some other tasks.
Reminds me of my career days.
Helps to have the good foundation built by the DocuWiki software and many hours Paul has spent developing the "special sauce" that makes it all look so great.
(The PDF link has a bit of special code in it that I simply copied from one of the pages Paul built.)
So, THANKS PAUL! Good work!Last edited on Fri Jul 13th, 2012 07:23 by Joyful
