:) Good Evening !

I really enjoyed meeting all of you at the conference and I am looking forward to the next one. I hope it will last three days next time so we'll have time to meet in small groups to discuss our process and progress .

I need some help with the Chicago DVD set I purchased at the LAX conference, the patient and physician tutorials don't play . Will someone please contact me on this. I am planning to give the set to my Dr. but I'll need to wait until those 2 DVD's are replaced . Thanks.

It was brilliant to have the Noir's at the conference, I needed replacements for all types - indoors , outdoors , etc.

All of the speakers, presenters, clients on the MP were inspirational and Dr. Blaney was great . Will he see patients here in California? I would like to meet with him if he does.

Thank you Trevor , Liz and family for all of your wonderful work and committment to this cause. You are amazing people

Sincerely,

tigerEye  (Catherine)

Catherine,
Can you look with a magnifying glass and tell me what are the markings near the holes in the center of the disks which don't play, and those which do? It is possible we were sent a bad batch of disks, as I have had others writing to tell me that they were having problems.

Thank you , Trevor and Liz and Karen . And, please let me thank you again for such a wonderful and successful conference. I am anxious to hear where the next one will be and I am willing to volunteer if you need me. :)

Yes, the numbers for the defective dvd's are as follows: AA619a100768GJ and AA619a10038GJ, as far as I can make out. I will be happy to send them to you . The dvd's that do play are:aa619a101788gj, aa619a101763gj .

I so appreciate this conference and I look forward to future meetings. I had invited my Dr but she was going to be out of the country at the time but I will invite her to the next one.

Thank you so very much.

Sincerely, Catherine ( San Francisco )

Catherine,
That's really quite puzzling. Those are all Taiyo-Yuden disks, the best we can get, so why two would play, and two would not, is a puzzle. Have you tried to play them in a PC?

In any case we will send you two replacement disks by mail tomorrow.

It was great to see you at the conference:)

When I worked doing some testing of CDs, we found some playback equipment was incompatible with some encoded media (or the other way around, depending on your perspective of the problem), as the encoded media played just fine on other equipment.
