I am a nurse and am on my feet all day at work.  I have had Plantar Fasciitis for just over a year.  I would come home from work and by the time I pulled my car into our parking space, I could barely walk to get into our apartment.  I would make my way over to the sofa and while sitting, I would roll a frozen water bottle with my foot to try to ease the pain and inflammation.  Every three or four days, the pain would get so intense, I would have to take the handle of a butter knife and dig it into and across the bottom of my heel to strip the fascia.  While this was an extremely painful process, it would give me a couple days of decreased pain.

I noticed a couple of weeks ago, it felt in my heel as though I were walking on bubble wrap.  It did not hurt, it was just a very different sensation.  After about five days of this, it stopped and the plantar fasciitis is GONE.  Wow.  I am completely convinced that this miracle in my life is due to the Marshall Protocol.

Thank you to Dr. Marshall and to everyone who makes it possible for me and others to participate in the Marshall Protocol.
