Where can I find phase two and three? The Autoimmunity Research Foundation is publishing these documents solely for use by those who are enrolled in our study cohort, and by members of our Professionals' forum. Starting in December 2008, the first, second and third phase guideline documents have been made available available at http://AutoimmunityResearch.org/Phase1.pdf http://AutoimmunityResearch.org/Phase2.pdf The Phases 2 and 3 Forum (where over 4/5 of our membership report their progress) is hidden from public view and may be accessed only by those in phase 2 and 3 who have filled out the MP questionnaire. Anyone in phase 2 or 3 who has not requested access to this forum by completing the MP questionnaire, is missing a wealth of information and support. Members should complete the questionnaire at the end of phase one. To request the questionnaire for phase 2 send a private message to Dr Trevor Marshall, or an email to Moderators@MarshallProtocol.com with 'Your ID Username' and 'request Ph 2 Q' in the subject line. If you are already in phase 2 or 3, please include the names, doses and schedules of your other antibioticss and how long you have been taking them when you answer the questionnaire. Those who are not part of the MP Study Site cohort: You can also post General non medical questions only at our sister site http://CureMyTh1.org. Register your username and activate your membership when you get the confirmation email. Then you can click on **Ask your Questions in Here** to post your message.
