With all the publivity recently about the Listeria outbreak from cantaloupes does anyone know how one would differentiate a listeria infection from ordinary Th1 herx?

So why would anybody on the MP even worry that an active infection might be be part of their IP? At least until a culture came back positive for Listeria...
