Dr M:
I am thinking my son`s pancreas could be fixed! first we kill TH1 bugs with MP and then repair his beta cells with stem cells!!
I guess i must start saving a lot of money to go to russia or israel...

Dr. Marshall, I found this recent post interesting and wanted to share.

Sadly, there is a huge question mark over the safety of nanotechnology. There is a liklihood it exacerbates autoimmune processes. Whether that is true or not, it is unlikely to be used by your Doc any time soon

"The result was clear and convincing: all types of nanoparticles in both the TCD and US study were causing an identical response in human cells and in the lungs of mice, manifesting in the specific transformation of the amino acid arginine into the molecule called citrulline which can lead to the development of autoimmune conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis."

Trevor,
In your presentation you mention that using the databases of http://www.theseed.org, one can subtract/extract (? don't know the right word in English), bacterial DNA from one's own sequenced dataset, leaving only human DNA as a result.
I was thinking of a research paper one might try to do.
If it is possible with the database of The Seed to extract one species of bacteria at a time from the total sequenced human dataset, one might count how many (and perhaps: which) SNPs are caused by a certain species of bacteria.
It might be interesting to see if the total number of SNPs found (and identified and discarded) this way, eg Bug A: 5 SNPs, Bug B: 8 SNPs, would be the same as when the total Seed-database is extracted at once.
Differences in these counts might prove that some species account for the same SNPs, or, more interestingly, even that some species together lead to different SNPs altogether.
Perhaps proving that Bug A + Bug B might indeed lead to a different disease/symptom than Bug A + Bug B + Bug C. Amongst other things, that is.
Now all we have to find is a sequenced database and start subtracting/extracting
Just rambling...
Best, Frans

That's a good idea, Frans. I suspect we will learn the answer more quickly by looking at the auto-antibodies, as there are groups currently looking at those, trying to associate them with species of microbes

| Just watched this presentation, Thank you. I think I understand a little better now. I have asked my family to watch it and posted it on my Facebook page as well.
